How we work

We believe good plastering starts with clear communication and a straightforward process, giving both our clients and our team peace of mind.
1. Consultation & Quotation
We start with a site visit to assess the work and discuss your requirements. You’ll then receive a clear, honest quotation with no hidden costs.
2. Materials & Preparation
To ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask for a materials payment before work begins. This allows us to order the correct materials in advance and avoid delays once work is underway.
3. Carrying Out the Work
We arrive on the agreed start date and complete the work to a high standard, keeping the site clean and disruption to a minimum.
4. Simple Weekly Payments
Labour is invoiced weekly on Fridays for work completed up to that point. This means you only ever pay for work that has already been carried out, keeping everything transparent and fair.
5. Completion
Once the job is finished, we’ll walk through the work with you to make sure you’re happy before issuing the final invoice.
